SECTION 6 – SUBSCRIPTION TERMS

If you purchase a subscription at Zacoli Organic, you will receive regular shipments of those products based on the frequency you choose.

You will be charged each subscription period for the cost of the applicable products, plus shipping, handling, and sales tax. There will generally be a discount applied for your subscription and and the percentage discount will based on the percentage discount applied at the time of purchasing the subscription. We reserve the right to alter the percentage discount at any time with 2 or more weeks prior notice.

You may make changes to or cancel your subscription at any time, as set forth below.

If you cancel before the next recurring payment is charged, then your subscription will terminate automatically and Zacoli Organic will not charge your payment provider for any subsequent subscription period. If you cancel while an order is in process (i.e. your payment has been charged but you have not yet received your shipment), Zacoli Organic will continue to process your order. Your subscription will terminate automatically after the last order is shipped.

Any changes you make will be reflected in your next shipment, except for changes initiated while an order is in process (i.e your payment has been charged but you have not yet received your shipment), in which case they will be reflected after the current order has been completed.

You agree that the we may terminate or suspend your subscription for any reason at any time in our sole discretion.

SECTION 7 – ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
